Dr. Raj Veeramani

Dr. Raj Veeramani is a Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison with joint appointments in the College of Engineering and the School of Business. He is the Director and founder of the UW E-Business Consortium, established December 1998, and the UW E-Business Institute, established October 2003.
Dr. Veeramani consults global businesses in the areas of e-business best practices. His current areas of research include Internet-aided supply chain collaboration and RFID applications. Dr. Veeramani joined the faculty of the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1992. |

Alfonso leads strategic UWEBC industry-sponsored, member projects related to their strategic e-business initiatives. He is also responsible for the design, development and management of UWEBC's applied research and education initiatives. Prior to joining UWEBC, Alfonso was an Associate Partner at Accenture, and his experience includes more than twenty years of domestic and international consulting across a wide range of industries. Roger Paulson

Roger brings 17 years of business experience in a diverse range of roles to UWEBC. Most recently, he was responsible for the Wisconsin and Illinois business development and project execution activities at AbeTech Bar Code Solutions, Inc., an automatic data collection solution integrator. Prior to AbeTech, Roger served for eight years as the founder and executive vice president of marketing and sales for Minneapolis-based Master Coating Technologies, Inc. Roger’s professional experience also includes three years as a management consultant, as well as four years as a trained facilitator for the Minnesota CEO Roundtables and Wisconsin Small Business Development Center’s PeerSpectives program, both of which are innovative organizations that facilitate business improvement through experience-sharing roundtable forums for CEOs and presidents.
Roger holds an MBA in management from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis and a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Dr. Steve Arnold

Dr. Steve Arnold has joined the UWEBC staff as a researcher/consultant in the information security focus area. Steve will lead the meetings of the Information Security Peer Group and the IT/E-Business Executives Circle Peer Group.
Steve has worked for the last 15 years as an independent consultant in electronic mail, directory services, and information security. He has worked with clients from Taipei to Stockholm, and in diverse industries from manufacturing and financial services to higher education and federal government. His memorable projects include the first Internet firewall for Fidelity Investments and fault-tolerant mail servers for the State of Ohio. Prior to forming his own business, Steve served stints as a software product manager and as a professor at the State University of New York.
Steve earned undergraduate and Master’s degrees from The Johns Hopkins University and a doctorate at Cornell University.

Sandra Bradley

Sandra Bradley has joined the UWEBC staff as a researcher/consultant in the Web strategy and marketing focus area. Sandra will lead the meetings of the Web strategy & marketing Peer Group and the E-Merchant Peer Group.
Sandra’s expertise spans both the technical world of the Web and the marketing world of branding and communications. In addition to working with UWEBC, she will be continuing her role as Director of Interactive Services for Hiebing, a full-service branding strategy and marketing firm. Prior to joining Hiebing, she founded and led Aesention, Inc., a successful Web design firm specializing in e-commerce, content management systems, and intuitive interface design.
She has worked with clients nationwide, in businesses as high-touch as Eastpak and as high-tech as LDS Group (engineers of equipment for the Mars Rover) and provides Web strategy, e-marketing, and communications integration expertise for a diverse range of small to large businesses. She has led Web development seminars for nearly 10 years on-site in corporate environments and for a variety of other private and public sector entities including the University of Wisconsin.
A San Francisco Bay Area native, Sandra earned a B.S. degree in Journalism from California State University - San Luis Obispo. After working in mass communications for a public relations agency and government agency, she attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and earned an M.S. in Mass Communication, and continued with further advanced graduate work specializing in new media development. |
