His background includes more than 15 years of experience in the development and deployment of information security technologies. Previous positions include Vice President of CA's Worldwide Identity and Access Management Practice; Director of Product Management for Computer Associates' federation, web access management and SSO products; Senior Product Manager for RSA Security's smart card, SSO, UNIX security, mobile PKI, and file encryption products. Implemented information security systems for Internet banking, data warehousing, UNIX, strong authentication, and the network at a financial services data processing organization with more than 5,100 clients, including the largest 20 banks in the United States. Mark started his career at Arthur Andersen & Co., S.C.

Primary Distinctions Certifications include CPA, CISA, CISSP, MCP, CISM. Speaks at major conferences, including the MIS Training Institute, National Security Agency's (NSA) Network Security Framework Forum, VPNCon, RSA Conference, and Microsoft Security Summit. Ms. Fitzgerald currently serves as Business Strategy Manager for Milwaukee based Metavante Corporation.  In this capacity, her responsibilities have included the improvement of the organization’s IT infrastructure through the implementation and management of the ITIL best practices.  Ms Fitzgerald has been one of the guiding forces in the creation of the Wisconsin Chapter of ITIL, which brings together IT professionals to discuss ITIL best practices.

Ms. Fitzgerald’s background includes a 13-year career with organizations such as eFunds, and CheckFree where she held management positions in Operations, Project Management and Product Management.  During this timeframe, she also held board positions within the National Automated Clearing House (NACHA) and the ANSI X12 Finance Sub-Committee for the standardization of EDI formats.

Ms. Fitzgerald attended the University of Iowa and holds foundation and practioner certifications for ITIL.

Having worked with Microsoft for five years, Jamie is based in Chicago, IL.  He is a Product Technology Specialist in the Microsoft Management Server business with an emphasis on Systems Management Server, Microsoft Operations Manager, and Windows Server.

Previously, Jamie was involved in the management server business for Microsoft’s Automotive Vertical Market.  He currently is focused on the entire Enterprise customer segment in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Indiana.

Brooke Guthrie is an IT Solution Architect with Berbee and an eight-year veteran of the Berbee Data Center Management team.  She is the primary architect of Berbee’s data center governance control structure and led Berbee through recent, successful SysTrust certification and SAS 70 Type II audits.  She has managed network operations, operational engineering, project management and service account management teams supporting both Berbee data center managed services outsourcing facilities.  Brooke is a member of ISACA and ITSMF.  Brooke also has considerable experience as an IT service management consultant and trainer for major Midwest corporations including Harley-Davidson, Chrysler Corporation, and other clients in insurance, financial services and education.   Brooke holds the top ITIL certification, the Manager’s Certificate in IT Service Management, and graduated with Academic Distinction and Honors in the Liberal Arts from UW Madison’s L&S Honors Program.

Paul Rozek is Director of Technology Risk Management Services for the Wisconsin offices of Jefferson Wells International.  Jefferson Wells provides internal auditing, technology risk management, tax, and accounting services for companies of all sizes internationally.  Prior to joining Jefferson Wells nine years ago, Paul was an Information Security Manager for seven years and an IT Audit Manager for ten years with the Marshall & Ilsley Corporation located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  He holds a Master’s degree in Project Management (MPM).  Paul is a member of the IIA, ISACA and ISSA organizations, and speaks regularly at local, regional, and international security, audit, and control conferences.
